Bought a car in September with some issues! The buying experience was very good, but we picked we picked the car up at night (mistake) and the next morning noticed two things. The floor mats were Autolenders brand (cheap and didn't fit) and the car was not detailed (found M&M's and had an odor). We called about the floor mats, and we were told that the factory floor mats didn't come with the car... We won't be buying from Autolenders in the future!

First car buying experience I've enjoyed! Before I found Auto Lenders, buying a car is always a nightmare, between pushy sales-people, non-transparent pricing, and the manipulation tricks at the dealership. I bought a Honda Odyssey from Stephan for my growing family, and received great customer service. The price was good, and he wasn't pushy at all!
